- Experience developing content and campaigns for B2B audience.
- 10+ years’ experience in fields such as content marketing, content design, writing, communications, or journalism (approximately 50 percent of your role will be spent writing and editing)
- 3+ years managing people.
- 3+ years managing content design/UX writing function.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage the UX copy development process and both write and review copy for marquee product workstreams
- Write executive bylines, collaborate on messaging frameworks, and guide advertising copy
- Oversee a team of writers, directing work, managing performance, providing coaching and guidance on project execution, and supporting both career development and employee growth.
- Set scalable copy standards and drive the direction for how our brand voice and tone come to life in our UX and Marketing copy, influencing and maintaining global, organization-wide consistency for written content.
- Act as an advocate for exceptional creative work and serve as a bar raiser and coach for writing quality across business groups including marketing and product (reviewing, editing, and quality checking).
- Effectively influence and build strong cross-organizational partnerships, leading conversations about projects, issues, solutions, and strategy to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop mechanisms for content writers to reliably produce high quality, verified knowledge.
